My standpoint on AI as a Founder

Where I stand on AI, and what it means for NexoMaker and NMCrate.
As one of the founders of NexoMaker and NMCrate, I think it's important that people know where I stand on AI. A lot of you are probably wondering how we plan to handle AI generated content, or what our own AI tools are going to do. It's simple. I'm a software engineer, and I love automation. Anything that makes life easier is welcome here. But I also believe that graphic assets, mechanics and experiences built for humans should be made by humans. AI is very good at producing cheap content that works. It is not good at holding the quality bar these projects need. So here is my commitment, for as long as I have a say in what this company does: we will not build AI tools that cover creative tasks directly, only create AI tools that facilitate the creative processes themselves and server management and similar work that isn't part of the experience itself, and we'll give creative users every tool they need to build experiences without AI getting in the way.
