From a small side project to a fast-growing gaming software company, we took a risk—refusing to give up ownership and choosing to compete instead. Now, we’re launching NMCrate Beta: a new creator-driven platform with 100% revenue for early adopters. This is more than a marketplace—it’s the start of a new ecosystem.

A year ago, this started as a small project, just a way to save time and build something of our own. Today, thanks to all of you, it has grown into something much bigger, a registered company focused on gaming software. Around 10 months ago, we had a bigger vision. We didn’t just want to build Nexo Maker as a tool, we wanted to create a full ecosystem. At the time, that felt too ambitious to do alone, so we reached out to established platforms to collaborate. One of those was MCModels, a platform many of you already know. We offered them a partnership , to work together and share a percentage of Nexo Maker so we could grow side by side. Their response was clear, they would only move forward if they had 100% ownership of Nexo Maker , as they claimed it would be too much advantages for us and they wouldn't get that much benefits in a tool they can't fully control. If we didn't accepted their 100% ownership offer , they would simply build their own competing tool . Quoting them: " If you guys aren't interested in that option. we would likely pass on this opportunity and instead start our own and hire a few developers to do that instead and make our own in-house free option. I really think what you guys have is great but were just not comfortable putting such a large brand on the line for something with minority control. " At that moment, we had a choice. We could give up what we were building, or we could take the risk of competing against a well-established company with a massive community. We chose to build. And today, that decision defines who we are. We now have a solid infrastructure, a growing community, a constantly improving product, multi-plugin support, and something even bigger to share with you. We’re proud to announce that NMCrate Beta is now available to the public. We still don't have content and the platform is actively in development, so things will be moving around for a bit. We are expecting all creators to create a studio and publish something in the next 10 DAYS . Why in the next 10 DAYS ?
